Holiday Memories

Today we're excited to bring to you a fabulous project from a very talented crafter - Linda Auclair.

We wanted you to learn a little bit about Linda before jumping into her project, so here's the short version (in her own words):

My name is Linda Auclair, from New Hampshire. I’ve been married for 12 years to my wonderful husband, Tim. We have three great kids: Jonathan, who is a grad student at UPenn, Brigid (11) who is quite the crafter and photographer herself, and Aileen (9) who loves ballet, kitties, and color pink. My family is my inspiration and my greatest source of support. I have been scrapbooking for over ten years, and I love to make home decor items using my scrapbooking supplies. I'm honored to share my ornament project with you here on the Authentique blog.

And now let's hear from Linda about her ornament mini-album:

One of our favorite family traditions is to take photos of the kids under the Christmas tree every Christmas Eve. It is a holdover from my own childhood when my Mom and Dad would have my sister and I pose in our special Christmas Eve pajamas.

I love to compare the photos of my kids from year to year and see how much they have grown, which was my inspiration for the Christmas ornament I'm sharing with you today. I created a mini album using a small chipboard book which compiles my favorite Christmas Eve photographs.

I love the traditional colors and nostalgic feel of the "Wonder" collection by Authentique, and knew it would be great paired with my photos.

Thank you, Linda, for sharing your fabulous project with us today here on the Authentique Paper blog!
