Today is our last day with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, but don't worry, you will see us using their products in future posts for sure! Did you all enjoy this past week?
I toyed with ideas of what to make this week, and decided since October is nearing an end, I wanted to get a jump start on some decor pieces for Thanksgiving! I also wanted an excuse to play with "Thankful" because it's simply stunning!
I made these little dimensional pumpkins. I figured they were great for fall all around and not just for Thanksgiving.
You can even make your own! These are so simple to make and so adorable to have on display!
I cut 9 -3.5 inch circles in each patterned paper that I was using. You can make them larger or smaller, it's up to you.
I cut the bottoms off of mine so they would stand up. After that, I inked them with some of my favorite Memento ink (Potters Clay works great with Thankful FYI)...
Next, you will fold each circle in half and glue them back to back until you get a complete sphere.
I punches a little scallop circle and attached it with some 3L dodz. Then I added some curling ribbon and 3D foam squares to pop up the other top a little. I got the stem from the Thankful details stickers. It's just one of the patterned strips on the side cut and folded in half.
I alse added a couple of the little words from the details stickers to look like a little tag.
There you have it! Perfect little Fall themed decor pieces that you can make yourself!
Products Used:
Authentique- Thankful: Grateful, Cultivate, Giving 12x12 patterned paper; Details 12x12 stickers
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: Dodz Medium, Thin 3D Foam Squares
