For my mini album, I started with  Authentique's Peaceful and
layers of Lace Dies by Lifestyle Crafts.  Although Peaceful
doesn't  have a hint of blue throughout the collection, I
added a mix of blue Washi Tape #001 by Love My Tapes,
as well as a few felt snowflakes from my stash...I think
that it turned out to be quite lovely!

I created the banner by folding strips of the washi over a length of baker's twine
and then trimmed the ends with pinking sheers.

I used a border of Washi Tape #383 (black/white chevron) on page 2 and
covered a chipboard bird (page 3) in the blue washi tape.

A couple of fun pages using Peaceful!

A little tab created with washi tape on page 6 and again,
borders of washi on page 7.
I love that mini albums are a canvas for special occasions
or events in your life!  I can just picture this one filled
with the first-snow-of-the-season photos!

So, I have really been getting into making mini albums lately.  When I saw the Love My Tapes...I just new I was going to make a mini album.  The tape I used for this project  was #826, #601 and  camera tape.  Let me share with you what I did.

For part of the spine of the mini...I used the white and black polka dot washi tape.  I also made my heart using the using washi tape and around the title.

I used the washi tape as border around the title, around the picture and the leaves for the flower.

I made this cute little pocket to hold a journaling tag.  To seal the edges, I used washi tape.

As you can see on this page, I made some pendants wit the washi tape.
