Announcing "Curiosity"

Watching a young persons eyes light up as they discover something new is one of life's true joys. Such youthful curiosity can inspire learning in each of us and fosters the belief that anything is possible. The unique colors and creative designs make it a one-of-a-kind collection sure to add nostalgia to school-based layouts and projects.

Some of you have probably already seen little sneak peeks of this collection floating around on the internet or on our Facebook Page. We wanted to "officially" announce to you our brand new school themed collection... "Curiosity."

You can see larger shots of each paper in the collection on our website by clicking HERE.

We had lots of great projects from our Design Team on display in our booth a few weeks ago at CHA, so we wanted to share just a few of those. We are sure you will see some of these projects in more in depth blog posts very soon, so make sure you check back!

One last thing before we go for today... we want to GIVE AWAY a "Curiosity" prize to one lucky fan! Just leave a comment telling us what you love about this collection and we will draw announce a winner later this week!

Delightful Baby Girl Mini Album

When I really got into scrapbooking several years ago, I had a fascination with paper lunch bags. I fell in love with making mini albums out of them. Not only are they a cheap base for an album, but they are fun & quick to make.

A few weeks ago, my friend asked me to make a little mini album for her to give as a baby shower gift. Immediately, I thought of  our "Delightful" collection and the little baby elements that were made to go along with the collection.

My friend told me that the mom (who the shower was being held for) loved butterflies. So I wanted to fill this little album full of pretty butterflies. Plus, they go great with the baby theme!

When I started making these types of albums, I searched the internet for tutorials on how to make one and had a lot of trouble finding helpful hints, so I kind of made up my own little way. I thought that I would share with you all a helpful video on how I make my paper bag albums. Make sure you watch all the way through! I also show little peeks inside of my "Delightful" little album!

Thanks for stopping by today! Remember, if you see something shown on our blog, facebook page, pinterest, etc that you want to know how to make, please let us know! We are always trying to come up with fun tutorials to share with you!

Announcing "Enchanted"

As the collection name "Enchanted" reminds, Halloween is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to feel the enthralling allure of this charming night. The vintage designs and rick distressing highlight the nostalgic memories associated with this thrilling holiday. Subtle icons built into the paper designs combine tradition and elegance. Cards, albums, and projects will instantly transform into sentimental masterpieces with the use of these icons and word-based elements.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Well yes it is. But all last week we were celebrating Christmas in July - highlighting our new holiday paper collection "Festive".

I had so much fun celebrating, that I couldn't stop! So I went a little crazy and created a "festive" paper chain. And because I was having so much fun with that, I made a video tutorial to help you get in the Christmas-in-July-spirit!

We are all set up and ready to kick off Summer CHA 2012 in just a few hours! While we are away having some fun, we wanted to make sure you all were having fun as well! Today we have even more Christmas in July projects from our design team to inspire you!

Shellye McDaniel made some very simple but oh-so-beautiful dimensional ornaments.

She also made this adorable little tree out of rosettes! Very clever idea!
