Guest Designer: Eva Dobilas

Today we have Eva Dobilas with us as a guest designer. We had the pleasure of meeting Eva in January at CHA, she is just as sweet as she is talented! We have adored her style for quite some time and are very honored to have her with us today to share some of her beautiful projects.
Eva lives in Southern California with her very supportive husband, Michael and has a college student son, Shawn, whom she couldn't be any more proud of.   She has been an avid scrapbooker/cardmaker for the past 14 years.  She loves creating elegant, classy, sometimes dreamy cards, layouts and 3D projects.  You may have seen her work in the Cards magazine Cardmaker and Scrap and Stamp Arts Magazine.

Eva loves working with pretty papers, stamps, dies and flowers and although she has been a lot of teams the past few years, she is currently happily designing for JustRite Papercrafts and Petaloo.

Eva used the Grace collection papers and stickers for her card.  Her card started out with Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles to create the card shape and she used a doily to layer the main focus sticker elements onto.  She used a few more Spellbinders such as Twisted Metal Tags and Accents and Bitty Blossoms, which she created all her flowers using the Grace collection papers.

Her next is using Grace collection papers and stickers once again and this time she used more Spellbinders to create with.  Her card shape is made with A2 Bracket Borders one, which she used to layer different patterned papers from the Grace line to show it off.  She also used Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles to layer the Mother sticker on top.  Finally she added May Arts white ribbon and topped it off with Petaloo butterfly.

For Eva’s last card she used once again the Grace collection and this time she tore some of the papers and cut out some of the flowers from the patterned papers.  This time she used My Favorite Things Doily, which she cut out of white card stock and added May Arts white ribbon and Petaloo green flowers.

We adore these cards that Eva has created with our "Grace" collection! So elegant, these cards are perfect for Mother's Day!

Be sure to stop by Eva's personal blog and say hello, and please let her know we sent you!
