A Summer fun scrapbook page & card

Hello Authentique Friends!  JJ here to share a "Seasons: Summer" layout.

The happy colours in this collection are perfect for a summer page about splashing in a pool.   The on-trend hexagon patterns on some of the papers are ideal for fussy-cutting - I added foam adhesive to a few for a little extra dimension.

Cutting images from your papers is a great way to make your own embellishments - I paired a few with these little wooden frames from Maya Road, then filled the frames with Glossy Accents.

I couldn't resist die-cutting some watery 'splashes' from Core'dinations cardstock, to highlight the title block sticker.  Zva Creative bling adds a little bit of bright sparkle.

Well, why stop there?  Did you know the "Seasons: Summer" papers are also available in a 6x6 pad?  Yup - perfect for cards!

I've matted the greeting and hexagons with Core'dinations cardstock (and embossed some of it, as well).  If your letters match your background a little too well, you can really make your sentiment pop this way.

I finished off the card with some May Arts ribbon, and a couple of Maya Road pins.

Supplies:
Authentique "Seasons: Summer" collection, Maya Road wood frames & chipboard heart, Zva Creative bling, May Arts ribbon, Core'dinations cardstock, Helmar Adhesives
