All Natural Layout

Hello!  Shellye along today with a layout using the
Natural Collection.
I love that the colors and patterns are masculine, rich and
vibrant; it was the perfect palette for one of my oldest son's Senior photos!

I went with one of the more muted papers for the background and then layered on color with various mats, journal card and stickers.  Wooden embellishments like veneers and clothespins compliment the masculine style.
I'm drawn to arrows, pointers and stars for guys' layouts, so I fashioned a couple of chevron arrows from the Daydream paper.  Here is a pretty easy way to cut several pieces while keeping the sides even at the same time.
Fold paper in half, but don't crease too much.

Cut off the end and then cut following pieces at an angle; try to keep the widths about the same as you cut.

Easy, right?!?  You could make a complete background in no time!
