Today is the Day Mini-Album

Hello, friends!  Keely here to share my Accomplished mini album.  I found a box of kraft CD sleeves at my local Walmart.  I knew kraft would be perfect for this collection.  I want to show you how I created the album.

A.  The CD sleeves measure 5"x5".  I started with 5 CD sleeves and a piece of paper 8"x5".
B.  I accordion folded the paper making 5 "pockets" for the CD sleeves.  I started my accordion fold by folding the paper in half and working the folds back and forth on each side.
C.  Place the CD sleeves in each fold.  Now is the time to determine if you want the CD openings all at the top or alternating top and side.
D.  Glue each CD sleeve in place to only one side of the fold.  If you glue both sides, the pages won't have enough room to open.  I glued the back of my sleeves to the fold behind it.

Before gluing the front and back flaps closed, I glued ribbon and tucked it under the flaps.

I decorated each set of pages similarly, leaving room for journaling.
Take advantage of the various patterned papers.  Don't be afraid to mix and match.

I added 4 1/2"x 6" patterned paper and tag to several sleeve openings for photos or journaling.

I created this layered card with the new Card Making Stack. Its fabulous!  Eighteen pre-scored cards in great patterns.  I love all of the tags, stickers, and papers in this collection.  It makes me so happy that I have everything for my projects all in one amazing collection.
