"This is the Day" Faith Card and Cupcake Throne

Hello, friends!  Keely here to share my latest project, "This is the Day" Card and Cupcake Throne with the beautiful Faith collection.  This lovely collection is so versatile.  The soft shades and patterns of this collection make it perfect for weddings, birthdays, Christenings, and every other occasion.



I combined the Faith collection with green cardstock.  I used my Spellbinders dies to cut lacey circles and leaves.  I searched Google for a pattern for a cupcake throne and assembled.  The pattern is very basic and can be decorated in so many ways.

I started with a "Faith" A2 pre-scored card and started layering. I wanted lots of dimension, so I used foam adhesive squares to adhere the layers of circles and the sentiment.  Isn't the "Happy Thoughts" journaling square cute?  I just loved it and had to add it to the top of my card.

I wanted a delicate accent to complement the card and cupcake throne.  The Want2Scrap tiny pearls were perfect.

I added sentiment stickers to each side of the Cupcake Throne and finished with a twine bow.

Oh I love this new collection! I love the soft, muted tones with the pops of yellow and it is most definitely unique and fabulous. As are the contributing designer's lovely and inspiring sample projects using this new line. This is a gorgeous collection and I thank you for the lovely presentation and for sharing some of your thoughts on the creation of the line. I appreciate your honesty!
