"Believe" Holiday Hot Cocoa Sliders

If you're looking for a fun holiday gift idea this year, why not try these hot cocoa sliders?

They make a great small gift item or stocking stuffer for family and friends, and better yet, they are super quick and easy to make in bulk for everyone on your holiday gift giving list.

Let's take a look.

To begin, cut one piece of Believe patterned paper to 5 1/4" x 7 3/4" . Cut a contrasting piece of patterned paper to 4 1/4" x 7 3/4".

Apply adhesive all the way around the backside of the smaller paper, then adhere to the front of the larger paper.

Score the paper panel along the long side at 3 5/8" and again at 7 1/4". Fold along the crease lines and press using a bone folder or the back of a spoon.

Apply strong red-line adhesive to the small end flap. Peel off the protective liner and seal the container closed.

Round the bottom corners with a corner rounder punch. Add a journaling card from the Enhancements Cut Apart paper to the front of the slider.
Punch a hole in the top center of the slider.

Thread ribbon through the hole. Then insert the hot cocoa packet into the top, pushing down on the ribbon as you go until the packet is all the way inside the slider.

Add round Details cardstock stickers to the journaling cards using foam adhesive for dimension. Tie the ribbon into a knot and trim the ends if needed.

To remove the hot cocoa, simply untie the bow and pull up on the ribbon. The cocoa will slide right out.
Enjoy!
