So Thankful Fall Decor with Petaloo

Fall is my favorite time of the year.  Authentique's Grateful collection and Petaloo flower embellishments made this hanging sign so fun and easy to create.

First, I stripped the top layer from a piece of cardboard to expose the corrugated layers and dry brushed with white paint to distress. Next, I layered 4 strips of my favorite "Grateful" patterned papers. I added some ink distressing with stencils and diecut letters.

I cut leaves from "Grateful" patterned paper and added beautiful Petaloo flowers and berry clusters.

I love the variety of colors and design of Petaloo embellishments.  The flowers, leaves, and berry clusters mix and match so beautifully together.  They are the perfect complement to any project.

Finally, to complete my project, I added buttons, ribbon, and twine.

Petaloo Faux Dried Berry Clusters (Ivory/Green/Ivory), Darjeeling Mini Mix (Teastained Cream), Mini Pearl Daisies (Grey/Blacks)

The Crafters Workshop 6x6 stencil Mini Chickenwire

Maya Road ribbon, twine

Tsukineko Memento Luxe Ink--Rich Cocoa, Peanut Brittle

Scor-Pal Scor-Tape dimensional tape

E6000 industrial strength adhesive
