Explore & Petaloo One Sheet Mini Album
Authentique Paper and Petaloo are teaming up over the next week to bring you some amazing inspiration featuring our newest collections along with Petaloo Products!

Today's project is a mini album that was created from just one sheet of 12"x12" inch card stock. You gotta love these little mini wonders that can easily be put together in just an hour or two!
I've combined fabulous flowers by Petaloo in shades of red & blue along with Authentique's 'Explore' collection to create a travel themed mini.
Here's a close up of the flowers which coordinated perfectly with the colors from the 'Explore' collection. I've also used ribbon from Petaloo's 'fancy trim' collection in blue/gray as the closure for the mini.
The mini measures 4" x 6" inches. It has a couple of fold out pages & several areas to store photos and/or journaling.
The front folds out to reveal an inner pocket where I've tucked in a couple of life cards from the 'Explore' collection.
I've also used a bull dog clip to hold a small booklet & a tag. The booklet measures 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" inches & can hold either photos our journaling.
The back mirrors the front & also consists of a pocket where I've tucked in a few more life cards from the collection.
In the center of the mini there are two pockets that holds tags measuring 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" inches.
I've also attached a couple of travel themed charms to the bull dog clip.

ReplyDeleteWowzers!! Kay's mini album has me wanting to get my passport stamped and get whisked away to some far off land for adventure and exploration!!! What a fabulous collection this is! I love how you've created a unique feel by combining modern pops of color and patterns with old world charm--it's so fresh and fun and I love it! Petaloo's flowers coordinate beautifully too!! So much grand inspiration today and I'm grateful it all!
