Stars and Stripes Forever Fun Fold Cards with Heroic

Hello, Friends! Kathy here with some red, white and blue inspiration for your 4th of July celebrations. today.  The Heroic paper collection is filled with fabulous vintage style patriotic images and gorgeous patriotic patterns making it the perfect choice for Independence Day parties and celebrations.  If you are thinking of adding some 4th of July flair to your home decor, then I think you will really like these Stars and Stripes forever fun fold cards.

Stars and stripes make a bold statement on this 4" x 6" center step card.  After die cutting a bunch of stars from the 12" x 12" and 6" x 6" paper pads, I layered them up to create this star spangled beauty of a card.

Each step is decorated with patterned papers and a ticket from the 12x12 Details Sticker sheet.  Double matting the stickers on red and blue cardstock gave them more of a presence in the design.

I think this would look great on your Independence Day buffet table!

And if you decide you want to mail it, the card folds flat.  How cool is that?

I continued the Stars and Stripes Forever theme on this 7" x 5" Step Out Card.

The sticker elements add so much wonderful detail to this card.  I've used them on the card border, and on top of the stars.

The stickers are also the perfect size  for decorating the nooks and crannies on this fun card.  (You can find my YouTube tutorial for creating this Step Out Card base HERE.)

Don't you just love this vintage style image?  I liked it so much that I decided to turn it into a little hidden gift card wallet. I used Scor-Tape to attach this starry ribbon to the back side of the wallet, then glued the whole assembly to the card panel.

Untie the bow, and voila!  A secret spot to add a gift card and/or photo.  I think this would make a wonderful 4th of July hostess gift or birthday card for those lucky Independence Day babies!

These bold red, white and blue colors, vintage patriotic images and true blue sentiments make me want to stand up and salute.  I hope these projects have inspired you to get out your Heroic papers, scissors and glue and get your craft on today!

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheerio,
kathy
