Lovestruck Lollipop Bookmarks and Treat Wallet for the Kiddies

Hello, Friends!  Today I have some quick and easy Valentine Treats that you can make for the kids.

These Lovestruck Lollipop Bookmarks would be so much fun at a Valentine's Day Party!  The best part is that you can make these in no time!  Use a pre-made bookmark form available at just about any craft store, or make your own with a bookmark die.  You could even use a tag from your stash to make these!

Each bookmark measures 2" wide x 6" tall.  I covered the bookmark base with scraps of my Lovestruck paper.  Then I fussy cut images from Lovestruck One and added some little stickers from the sticker collection to dress them up.

Next, I punched two holes in the bookmark using a standard hole punch.  Each lollipop stem was threaded through the holes and taped on the back.

I added ribbon to the lollipop stem and to the top of each bookmark.

This one is dressed up with a little crepe paper trim and a rhinestone heart.

You could make a big batch of these in no time flat, and they are just so cute!  Besides, who doesn't love lollipops?

Valentine Treat Wallet

This adorable Valentine Treat wallet is also super quick to make.

Here's how to do it. You will need the 6x6 Lovestruck Paper Bundle, cardstock, Images from 12x12 Lovestruck One and Eight and the sticker sheet.

  • Start with a 8" x 5" piece of cardstock in a color that complements your designer paper.
  • Score the long side of the paper at 3", 6" and 8".  Crease along the score lines to form a little booklet shape.
  • Cover the front with patterned paper from Lovestruck Three.
  • Add a smaller rectangle of Lovestruck Six.
  • Fussy cut images from Lovestruck One or Eight to decorate.
  • Create a belly band from Lovestruck Four and cardstock.

  • Line the inside of the card with designer paper of your choice.
  • Use a circle punch to add a thumb hole to the 2" flap on the right hand panel.  Then fold and glue in place to make a pocket.  Fill with a Lollipop and/or a chocolate.
  • Create a tuck spot on the left by gluing just the bottom edge of a fussy cut image to the card base.  Tuck in a cute image, or a gift card if you desire.
I love the fact that Lovestruck works for both adult Valentines and Kid's Valentines.  I hope I've shared some ideas that you can use to make your Valentine's Day really special!

Thanks for stopping by!
