The Merry Month of May Desk Calendar Tutorial

Hello, Friends!  Can you believe it is almost the merry month of May?  Time for us to get our May Desk Calendars made!  If you've been following along in this monthly series, then you should have the January-April calendars all made by now.  The May calendar is blooming beautiful with lots of bright colored flowers and sweet vintage images.

Like the previous months, the folio base is a 6" x 6" easel card.  This means it will fold for storage and open for display.

The video tutorial below will guide you step by step through the process of building the base, making the inserts, creating the pockets and adding the finishing touches of flowers, ribbons and embellishments.

Many of you have told me that you are making these folios as birthday gifts.  I think this is such a great idea!  And with Mother's Day coming right up, this month's folio would make a thoughtful and unique Mother's Day gift, too.
