Happy 4th of July from Authentique!!

We just wanted to wish all of you a very Happy Fourth of July. While this year may not include the big fireworks show, huge parties, or other events, we can still celebrate the birth of our nation. Heck out the amazing projects by two of our fabulous designers. We will be sharing more as the week goes on.

Hello there friends and Authentique Paper fans! Ginny here with the project I created for the Summer group event with the crew. You all know by now that the Summer holidays are some of my favorite. My dearest Hubby even as a 4th of July Birthday so we have even more reason to celebrate. And have more cake yay! I created a patriotic inspired shaker wall hanging with the gorgeous July pages from the Calendar collection.

I am completely in love with the patterned papers and amazing vintage images for this month ( and all the other months lol.)

I wanted the beautiful journal card to be the focal point so I created a frame that becomes a shaker element.

The fabulous plaid works so well as a base to add all the layering. The B side of the plaid is a stars and stripes pattern so they look great together. This holiday home decor display has a generous length of ribbon as a hanger and a pair of poofy bows topped with twine and vintage buttons.

A large arrangement of made by me flowers coordinates perfectly and anchors the bottom corner and has fun and festive holiday inspired glittery stars and die cut stamps tucked in.

Hello crafty friends. Jennifer Snyder here with some country Americana style cards for Independence Day. I'm going country with my western boot shaker card and a well traveled pickup truck shaker.

Authentique papers are super versatile and the cards I created show this quite perfectly. I combined papers from two collections : Authentique's Manly collection and Voyage collection. I also combined the 12" x 12" sheets with the 6"patterns.

The first card featured is the cowboy boot shaker. The chipboard shaker is from Creative Embellishments - super cute and fun to make. The shaker has been filled with shaker sequin mix from Buttons Galore and More.

The bunting at the top of the card was made using a sheet from Authentique Paper - Voyage Collection - 6 x 6 Paper Pad Bundle then topped with a fancy chipboard border. I created the bunting by folding the 6x6 paper accordion style, folding in the middle, gluing the ends together and fanning out.

The cowboy boot also uses the patterned paper from the 6x6 Voyage collection.

The fabulous cowboy image is from Authentique Paper - Manly Collection - 12 x 12 Double Sided Paper - Eight. It was the perfect finishing touch for this card.

Here is my second card. This is also a shaker card but with an old vintage looking pickup truck as the focal piece. I love the tiny star patterned papers from the 6x6 Voyage collection.

The pickup, circle and decorative star pieces are from Creative Embellishments. I think the chipboard accents help make the fabulous patterned paper pop.
