Vintage Halloween Greeting Card

Hello there friends and Authentique Paper Fans!  Ginny here with  a greeting card I created with the   fabulous Masquerade collection.

Oh how I love to layer patterned papers!  What is so great about this collection is that all the patterns go so well together so you can mix them and match them and it will all look great. Using a black cardstock border between the layers is the secret to keeping it from looking busy.

This is my favorite image from the collection. There's no way I could cut it down any and loose any of the pretty girls so instead of my usual die cut round I went for a more rectangly focal image.

To coordinate with the softer more vintagy color tones the flowers here are lighter and not as dramatic.  I did add a few rose gold leaves and glitter stars though since more layers always looks better to me.

Last but not least is a pretty poofy bow topped with a vintage button and a few silvery jack-o-lanter charms.

~Authentique Papers~ Masquerade: One, Two, Three, Five, Seven, Eight.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) G
