Guest Designer: Deena Ziegler

We are very excited to feature Deena Ziegler as our guest designer today! We fell in love with some of her creations that she has posted on our Facebook page and couldn't wait to feature her on our blog! We think you all are going to love her too! 

I'm so excited to be a guest designer for Authentique. I've been teaching card making for over 10 years and have taught at several events around the country and every month here in my home town. I run a small kit business where I take all my favorite paper finds and put them together with my project ideas to make getting creative easy for all my customers. I've been in love with Authentiques papers from the 1st launch. When I saw the Enchanted Collection I knew it would be perfect for my Halloween Decor Kits and I was particularly drawn to the 6x6 pads. These pads are perfect for making cards and small projects because of the reduced pattern size. Enchanted perfectly suited my Halloween taste in every way, clean colors with the most subtle distressing, lots of pattern within pattern, and an awesome texture... well done Authentique! On the owl card I even used the front cover of the the pad as the background and with the witch card and spook tree card I edged them with a burning technique.I hope you enjoyed my projects as much as I enjoyed creating them.
