Autumn Leaves
Hello everyone! Loes here today to show you how to make a beautiful Autumn wreath with the "Seasons: Autumn" Collection!
First you need leaves... there are so many punches and dies out there to use for leaves, but I used the Sizzix Movers and Shapers mini tattered leaves.
You will also need a Styrofoam wreath form.
Before you glue the leaves on the Styrofoam, paint it all in a brown color to match the papers.
Die cut several leaves from the different patterned papers. I used the 6x6 bundle as well as the 12 x 12 patterned papers.
To add a little dimension to the leaves, use an embossing stylus and a foam pad underneath to kind of curl the leaves up.
Glue the leaves to the Styrofoam with a quick dry adhesive.
For the bow, I used this pattern, it's very easy to create in any size you want!
I also created a layout with the same technique. Instead of putting the leaves on Styrofoam, I used a piece of cardstock.
The card stock was a white to start... I took some Memento inks and made it a color to match the autumn papers.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I was able to inspire you with these fun Autumn projects!
