Bewitched Halloween Altered Canvas with "Spirited"

Hi crafty friends!  Keely here today to share my Bewitched Altered Canvas with the "Spirited" collection. 

I started with an 8 1/2" x 11" canvas painted black.  I covered with an 8" x 10 1/2" piece of "eerie" 12x12 paper.

I then started adding strips of patterned paper with layers of diecuts and stickers.  I love watching it come together piece by piece.

This collection has so many great colors and patterns.  I wanted to incorporate as many papers as I could with this project.  Using alternating strips of patterned paper allowed me to do this. I also inked around each piece to give them dimension.

I added the cute lil' trick or treater at the bottom and surrounded her with black gem swirls.  Aren't these journaling diecuts and stickers the greatest?  I love how much personality they add to my projects.

No tricks.  This collection is all treats.  What spirited projects can you create?
