Two Little Witches Wall Hangings with Spirited

Happy Halloween! I'm so happy to share my latest projects, "Two Little Witches Wall Hangings" with the fabulous Spirited collection.

I created these 8"x 4 1/2" wall hangings with scrap pieces of corrugated cardboard.  I striped portions of the top layer of cardboard exposing the corrugated layers.  I then dry brushed with white paint.

Next, I began layering strips of patterned paper, diecuts, and stickers.  I added 2 great vintage Halloween pics I found online.  Lastly, I punched 2 holes at the top, threaded gold ribbon, and added buttons and twine.  I love combining odds and ends I have collected with my favorite Authentique papers to make home projects.

I love the final results and they were so quick and fun to create.

  1. These are great. They could hang from a doorknob and could be easily replace whenever you wanted a change. (I have a larger one hanging from the closet doorknob at the end of the hallway)
    thanks for the idea.
