A 'Shamrock' Waterfall Mini Album With Tutorial

With St. Patrick's right around the corner, I feel that it's the perfect time to present today's project.  I've used the 'Shamrock' collection to create a mini album complete with a 'shamrock' shaped slider waterfall.  How appropriate right?  :-) This mini album screams St. Patrick's.  It's decked out in several different shades of green with countless shamrock images.

Along with today's project, I've made a tutorial on how I put the waterfall slider together.  It's the exact same technique that I used to create the heart shaped waterfall seen in my 'Sweetheart' mini album.  You can revisit that post here.

I created the tutorial with a shamrock template instead of a heart because I wanted to demonstrated that this sort of waterfall can be created with a template in any shape.  So the creativity with this slider waterfall is limitless!

This mini is smaller than my 'Sweetheart' album consisting of only five shamrock photo mats & measuring 7" x 4" inches.

I followed the same design & decoration ideas that I used in my 'Sweetheart' mini album--and adjusted them for a St. Patrick's themed mini.

Stitched circle die cuts measuring approximately 2 1/2" inches were adhered to both the front & back of each shamrock with foam tape in order to give them a bit of dimension.  I figured that the stitched circles could be used to store circular shaped photos.

Below is a video showcasing the mini & beneath that video you'll find the video with the tutorial.

Thanks for stopping by & enjoy!
