Keepsake/Treasure Box with Tutorial

Hi Authentique Fans!!! Pam here today sharing my need for some summer fun! Who doesn't love having a sweet Keepsake/Treasure Box to place all your favorite "treasures" in! Authentique Sea Maiden Collection is the perfect summer/beach/vacation to create one.

Sea Maiden Cover

Begin with a cigar box or other box large enough to place your "treasures" in.

Cove outside of box with pattern paper; borders and scallop borders. Add metal legs.

Place "Wild, Beautiful & Free" Sticker on Kraft paper; fussy cut around sticker. Add to front of box.

Add sentiment and flag stickers to Kraft paper; fussy cut around stickers.  Add sentiment to top of box with paper doilies. Add flags to top with pop dots.

Twist and turn twine over top of flags.

Add twine bows.

Place metal knob and flowers to top of box.

Finish top of Treasure/Keepsake box with flowers, bow and more twine.

Adhere Sea Maiden paper to inside of box.

Place an Epherema Card on pattern paper; add to inside of box lid along with a sticker.

Finish inside cover with scallop and border strip.

Fill inside with some of your favorite items....here is what I am placing in mine so I will be ready for summertime fun...

Inside

Tranquility Travel Journal 

Cover with Sea Maiden pattern papers, borders, paper doily matted Epherema Card and stickers.

 Finish cover with wrapped bow and matted sticker.

Photo Cards

Cut 6" x 8 1/2" Sea Maiden pattern paper to create Photo Cards. Add photo mats, flags and sticker to decorate them.

Create hidden pockets to place more tags and photo card in.
