Romance Valentine's Day Shaker Card Tutorial

Hello, Friends!  Are you ready to shake up your Valentine's Day card making?  Today I have a shabby chic Valentine's Day Shaker card made with the lovely Romance collection from Authentique.

This is a 5 1/4" x 7 1/4" top fold card with a 1/4" spine.  I've altered a resin frame with paints, mists and inks, then turned it into a shaker box element for the card.  I'll show you how I did this in the video tutorial below.

The inside of the card features a little chocolate pocket and a tea wallet insert.

I love these precious lovebirds from the 12" x 12" cardstock components sheet.  I've popped them up on some waste chipboard, then added them to the center of the 3" doily to decorate the belly band on this tag insert.

This darling tea wallet, miniature silver spoon and honey stick make for a sweet Valentine gift!

If you'd like to learn how to  make this Valentine's Day Shaker Card, just watch this YouTube video.

I hope I've shared some tips and tricks that you can use in your own crafty adventures! If so, I'd love to hear from you in the comment section below.

Cheerio,
kathy
