Calendar Collection - December Projects by Daniela Costa

Welcome to the first Calendar Collection quick projects - December.  Have you seen the new Calendar Collection Packs?  I LOVE them!  So many possibilities!

Each month, I'm going to grab one of the Months Collection Kit and make something with them. 
This month, I'm featuring a hanging Wall Calendar, and Double Page Layout.  I even had a bunch of paper left over for cards, which I'll share next time I'm up!

 With these projects, I really just grabbed my Christmas "box" of random embellishments and ribbons, and my December kit.  This is my Wall Hanging December Calendar.  Taking the papers from the kit, along with bling, ribbon, twine, and mounted on black chipboard, and you've got a great calendar.  You can make these as simple or as embellished as you like.  The colors are so vibrant and colorful, you don't need much to make them shine.
Don't forget to write your calendar numbers in.  I've used lots of pop foam on this calendar to make it pop as well. 

For my second project, I've done a two page 12x12 layout.  I absolutely LOVE the large DECEMBER that comes in the kit, its the perfect size to use in a scrapbook layout!  Thanks Authentique! 

 For this 2 page layout, I've only used the papers in the kit, I've not had to even add any cardstock to them!  This is just a fantastic way to get you crafting each and every month, and you'll get your layouts done for the month as well. Use your buttons in your stash, use random flowers i your stash and cute twine and ribbon to add to your layouts.  I've even made a tag  out of the paper and made a little embellishment.
